Breastfeeding & Infant Feeding Support

We support all methods of infant feeding and offer excellent opportunities for patients to learn about different feeding strategies, including breastfeeding. All patients of Foothills Maternity Group have the opportunity to book a prenatal infant feeding/breastfeeding consultation with one of our specialized physicians in their 3rd trimester. This one-on-one consultation will review your history to help identify strategies to allow you to achieve your feeding goals, while also providing general information about newborn feeding. Please ask your physician at your prenatal clinic appointments about booking in for these consultations.

For postpartum breastfeeding support, we are happy to refer our patients to Wellfed Clinic. Please ask your physician for a referral postpartum or check out Wellfed’s website at www.wellfedclinic.com
